In this role, Mr. Wahlenmaier will lead world sales and marketing efforts as the company accelerates its growth and prepares for the marketing of the United States.
With more than 30 years of commercial leadership in the medical devices industry, Mr. Wahlenmaier brings a deep experience in the expansion of high -performance sales organizations, executing successful marketing strategies and boosting the sustained growth of income.
Mr. Wahlenmaier joins Synergy after a distinguished 13-year-old mandate in Si-Bone, where he served as senior vice president of US sales. Under their leadership, American income from SI-Bone grew an average of 20% per year, reaching $ 188 million projected in 2025. He built and directed a commercial team of more than 200 professionals and a network of solid distributors, while placing a key role in the delivery of Ebitda’s adjustd positive si-fit.

He has constantly overcome the income objectives through the development of leading equipment in the market and sailing through the complexities of the environments of the private and public company. Its experience covers marketing in initial stages, market development and operational execution.
