The Make America Healthy Again (Maha) movement has taken away since the first pitch of HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a healthier America.
Maha aims to improve food, remove toxins, maintain natural habitats and fight the epidemic of chronic disease in this country, according to its website.
Since the introduction of the slogan in July 2024, many people – all, from President Donald Trump to social media influencers nationwide – has embraced the widespread effort to improve public health.

Lara Trump, daughter-in-law of President Trump and host of the new program “My point of view with Lara Trump” about Fox News, said the Maha movement “gets a moment’s great time.”
“With RFK Jr. confirmed as our HHS Secretary, we are ready to learn more than I think we ever knew,” she said during an interview Monday evening with Fox News Digital. (See the video at the top of this article.)

“And I think it will encourage so many more people to start paying attention to their health and well -being,” she added.

Dr. Marc Siegel, Fox News’ top medical analyst, also shared his support for Maha.
“The focus will be on well -being, lifestyle, exercise and diet, along with war against ultra -processing foods,” he predicted in an interview with Fox News Digital.

The FDA prohibits Red 40, also called FD&C Red No. 3, of use in food, drinks and ingested drugs. Food manufacturers have until January 2027 to remove the dye of their products, while drug manufacturers will have until January 2028 to do so.
“The FDA is acting, which will remove the authorization for the use of FD&C Red No. 3 in food and ingested drugs,” said Jim Jones, the FDA’s deputy commissioner for human foods, in a statement.

As the Maha movement wins Steam, Lara Trump said she was “very inspired” by her mission.
“I think making America great again is the general goal, but part of that makes America health again, and I’m pumped about it,” she told Fox News Digital.
