PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A canine discovered deserted on railroad tracks earlier this week is a step nearer to recovering from intensive accidents.
The canine, named “Fortunate” by rescuers, was discovered injured close to the Lawndale Station alongside SEPTA’s Fox Chase Line.
The group Philly Rescue Angels helps the canine get therapy for a spinal cord injury that is stopping him from strolling.
They inform CBS3 he underwent surgical procedure on Friday.
