Winters will lead the Bioretec International Commercial Strategy, advancing the company’s expansion to key markets outside the United States and promoting income growth.
Winters provides extensive experience in Johnson & Johnson Medtech and Synthes sales, with a strong record of promoting commercial adoption and building high performance equipment. More recently, he served as the main EMEA of the spine, promoting regional strategy and growth. Their previous positions included synthesis of deposit of commercial leaders, orthopedics of the director of Sales and Leadership Roles in joint reconstruction, spine and trauma. From starting his career as a sales consultant to the main large -scale teams in EMEA, Jordy has constantly demonstrated a strong commitment to the advancement of orthopedics and the spine care solutions that positively impact patients’ lives.
